TeamReflect can be used by both individuals and teams

However, the free version is for individuals only. It is suitable for those who want to explore their own perception of their team in relation to norms. You get your feedback immediately after the questions have been answered.

The free version can be used as an awareness-raising introduction to teamwork, e.g. as part of a leadership development programme. 

The free version has the same questions as the full version, but the questions must be answered again if you later want to use the full version - so that the questions are linked to the right team and context.

  • The facilitator/team leader gets a separate interface to send out invitations and results
  • Participants receive their own profile by email
  • Participants can compare their own assessment with the whole team's assessment
  • See which factors have the greatest disagreement in the team
  • The team's overall profile - which factors score highest and lowest, etc.
  • Ability to link the team result with the group profile from Diversity Icebreaker
  • See the individual questions that team members most disagree/agree on.
  • Possibility of up to 3 pulse measurements and up to 10 additional questions chosen by the team
  • User manual and an AI assessment is included for the facilitator/team leader
  • Q&A for participants at the end of the profile
