About

TeamReflect® is a modern team mapping tool that promotes involvement, action and measurable impact - relevant for HR consultants, managers and external consultants.

Research-based development

TeamReflect® is based on extensive research conducted by recognised experts such as Michael A. West, Eva Langvik, and Bjørn Z. Ekelund. Ekelund. Our norms are based on data from 125 teams, providing a solid basis for comparison. Read more about the research behind TeamReflect here.

TeamReflect®
Process-focused approach

Process-focused approach

The tool facilitates dialogues on the most relevant and important topics for team development. This creates anchoring through a shared understanding and sense of responsibility among team members, which is essential for effective collaboration and decision-making.

Background information

When Human Factors AS launches TeamReflect® in the autumn of 2024, it will be based on the company's 30 years of experience in developing team development tools. Human Factors AS has long been a leading company in the field of team development and probably offers Norway's broadest portfolio of team measurements.

Our goal is for TeamReflect to achieve the same market-leading position as Diversity Icebreaker in Norway. The tool has been developed in collaboration with experienced large-scale users, and the modern pedagogical interface sets a new standard - attractive to team leaders, HR departments and external HR consultants.

Feedback on 13 factors - immediately

Feedback on 13 factors - immediately

Team members will see their own assessment of the team compared to the average norm immediately after answering. This contributes to immediate awareness and reflection. Once everyone has answered and the facilitator/team leader shares the team result, the members' view is updated and they can compare their own results with the entire team's profile and see additional analyses.

1. Team composition, 2. Self determination, 3. Goal focus, 4. Conflict management, 5. Trust, 6. Satisfaction, 7. External collaboration, 8. Commitment, 9. Innovation, 10. Reflection, 11. Agility, 12. Diversity and inclusion climate, 13. Psychological safety.

Control panel and user-friendly interface

From the control panel, the facilitator/team leader can easily send out invitations, reminders, close for multiple responses and share team results - in 4 clear steps.

Team members receive results through educational illustrations and explanatory text.

Pulse measurements and extra questions

Pulse measurements and additional questions

Pulse measurements make it easy to adjust measures and ensure sustainable improvement and increased performance over time.

Up to 10 self-selected questions can also be added as part of the heart rate measurements to follow up on specific areas agreed by the team.

Extra module
The heart rate measurements and the possibility of up to 10 extra questions are an optional extra package, only for those who want this. See prices and order here

Integration with Diversity Icebreaker®

Diversity Icebreaker (DI) and TeamReflect (TR) are complementary tools that strengthen team development in different ways. DI highlights individual preferences, while TR focuses on the team's overall processes.

You can combine the use of TeamReflect with the insights from the group profile in Diversity Icebreaker, by linking the DI result at group level to TeamReflect's factors and team profile. The group's overall DI results will then show a holistic picture of the team's colour preferences, without individual DI differences appearing directly in the TR profile. This combination makes it easier for the team to utilise its diversity in a more targeted way in future work.

If the team has already carried out DI, TeamReflect is therefore a natural follow-up tool.
