Diversity Icebreaker and TeamReflect in Leadership Development
Learn how to translate leadership training into measurable team results
Build trust, alignment, and accountability in your team.
Duration: 75 minutes
What is the challenge with Leadership programs?
Leadership training often creates insight—but not always impact. This webinar shows how to connect leadership development directly to team performance using Diversity Icebreaker and TeamReflect as conceptual bridge-builders. Trainers can use the concept for learning in leadership programs. Leaders can then use the concept in their own teams and organizations. Experiences and reflections from practice can fuel the collective learning in the leadership program afterwards.
Mind the Gap
This approach close that gap between the learning and performance systems by connecting leadership development directly to everyday work and measurable results. Our idea is that leaders succeed when they act as role-models and facilitate self-managed processes in teams.
Understand Your Team – and What Drives Performance
Shared language of diversity perspectives and aligned focus on teamprocesses that lead to results are pivotal for involvement and collective leadership. Using Diversity Icebreaker and TeamReflect, you gain both a shared language for understanding differences and a clear, data-driven view of how your team actually functions. This combination helps reduce friction, strengthen collaboration, and identify exactly where to improve—so you can move from reflection to focused action.
Target group
Leaders, HR & L&D professionals driving leadership programs, consultants and coaches working with teams.
