Diversity Icebreaker and TeamReflect in Leadership Development

Both Diversity Icebreaker and TeamReflect are well suited for use in leadership development programmes. They have two different focuses, but both can be used as complementary exercises for personal reflection and competence development. This is well suited to leadership development when teaching individuals to increase their leadership competences.
Since neither concept requires certification, they are easily applicable to participants in their own organisation. This combination of tools helps to anchor the learning processes and builds a bridge between theory and practice.
