Application areas

1. Team development

TeamReflect measures key factors for effective team development. The results can be used to discuss strengths, weaknesses, and relevant areas the team should continue working on. Suitable for all types of teams and departments with up to approximately 30 people. If you choose the add-on module, you can repeat the entire assessment up to three times, and in each round, add up to ten improvement areas defined by the team itself.

2. Reinforcing a positive work culture

Identify the key drivers of trust and psychological safety, and work purposefully to strengthen them. Help the team build a more supportive and safe working environment where members contribute more openly and take greater responsibility for one another.

3. Project improvement

The agility factor in TeamReflect will be particularly well suited to identifying challenges in collaboration and how to create improvements in a project team.

4 Conflict management

TeamReflect highlights areas where team members hold differing views, providing a clearer basis for discussing disagreements and value differences in a constructive way.

5. Leadership and management development

TeamReflect strengthens leadership education by serving as an effective follow-up tool for reflection in learning groups. Participants can apply the tool directly in their own areas of responsibility, test initiatives, and track progress over time. When experiences and results are shared within the development program, the learning becomes more relevant, practical — and measurable.

6. Strengthening employee empowerment

Increase the degree of reflection and self-determination in the team. The tool promotes a culture where employees take responsibility and contribute to the team's development.

7. Awareness for individuals

Test your own perception of your team against established norms — no obligations.
The teaser version of TeamReflect offers a useful self-reflection process while giving you a clear understanding of what the tool measures and includes. It can also be used in educational settings as an individual, experience-based learning activity.

8. Build on the Diversity Icebreaker workshop

For teams that have already completed a Diversity Icebreaker session, TeamReflect is a natural next step when a follow-up tool is needed. Diversity Icebreaker creates a climate where it feels safe to express different perspectives, and both concepts share the same three-part framework: Red (people-orientation), Blue (task-orientation), and Green (change-orientation). This makes it easier to distribute tasks in ways that align with what motivates each team member.

TeamReflect also offers a unique option to link group results from Diversity Icebreaker with the individual factors measured in TeamReflect — all integrated into the report. This connection to Diversity Icebreaker is provided at no additional cost.
